Four good friends from the Paris Music Conservatory founded this quartet in 2003, named after the Italian visual artist Amedeo Modigliani (1884-1920). Today, they are a sought-after ensemble with both older classics and brand new works in their repertoire. They are known for their lively and youthful energy on stage and their interpretations have been highlighted for their stylistic certainty, beauty and elegance.
