The autumn's matinée concerts begin with the DR Cello Ensemble. The ensemble consists of cellists from the DR Symphony Orchestra, several of whom are familiar musicians at the Queen's Hall, including Trio con Trio Copenhagen's Soo-Kyung Hong and RelevanzEnsemble's Peter Morrison. This afternoon, the ensemble presents a programme consisting of American music, i.a. Leonard Bernstein's suite from the musical West Side Story.
