Friday jazz: Andreas Svendsen Quartet

In the afternoon sun in front of The Black Diamond, there is free Friday jazz most of the summer. This afternoon with Danish drummer Andreas Svendsen performing with his quartet.

All summer, you can drop by The Black Diamond for an afternoon with jazz on the waterfront.

The café's pop-up bar is of course open and serves cold drinks, snacks and a summer atmosphere.

Andreas Svendsen Quartet

Drummer Andreas Svendsen is one of Denmark's greatest jazz talents. He now lives in Denmark but has previously spread his wings in New York, where he completed his jazz education and directed a legendary jazz jam, among other things. He has previously visited the waterfront at The Black Diamond with his trio, this time he comes with a quartet consisting of some of the country's most talented and forward-thinking musicians.

Andreas Svendsen, drums. Oilly Wallace, saxophone. Johannes Wamberg, guitar and AC, double bass.

The concerts are arranged together with Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2022.
