- Procurement proposals from employees in the central administration in Denmark are sent to forcentraladm@kb.dk
- Users affiliated with the IT University of Copenhagen should be sent to itu-biblioteksbetjening@kb.dk
- Procurement proposals for the Art Library are sent to dkb@kb.dk
