Service for the Central Administration has ended
You can still get help as a private user or a research institutional user, but Royal Danish Library's specialised service for employees in the central administration has been discontinued.

Task annulment
The government has entered into an agreement to reduce the costs of administration. This decision appears in Finance Act 2025, which removes state administration equivalent to approximately 1,000 man-years.
As a result, Royal Danish Library's Service for the Central Administration ceases as of January 1st, 2025.
What does this mean for users from the central administration?
The task annulment includes all services aimed specifically at the central administration, including:
- Mail service
- Loan and shipment of books
- Remote access to license-based resources with your login
It is still possible to use Royal Danish Library as a "private user" or as a " business, research institutional user and government authority". Please note that these user types have different rules and fees.
Questions can be directed to ask the library.
